Basecamp was started out of a need for better service in an industry (property management) and a market (Summit County) that is severely lacking quality service. We want you to know that we're available any time for your questions and concerns, and that we're looking after your place as it if it was our own. Being a small, personal company, we can provide a better and more personalized experience based on better communication, flexibility, and service.

We believe customer service is huge in the short-term rental industry, and something a lot of other management companies just frankly fall short on. Our team has experience communicating with guests, and understanding what it takes to make that guest leave feeling as if it were the best vacation rental experience they’ve ever had. And as for our property owners, we understand it can be difficult to rent out your home at times. We take that burden off of you by treating your property as if it were our own, and by partnering with you to make sure you’re comfortable at all times with how your property is being managed.
